Eligibility

Who can join?

Membership is open to anyone with a genuine interest in exploring analytical psychology and the Jungian tradition.

Mental health professionals

Psychotherapists, counsellors, psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, and allied practitioners wishing to deepen their theoretical and clinical grounding in depth psychology.

Students

Those studying psychology, psychotherapy, counselling, or related disciplines at undergraduate or postgraduate levels, seeking exposure to the Jungian tradition.

Academics & researchers

Scholars in psychology, philosophy, religious studies, literature, or art history — any field engaging with symbolic, mythological, or depth-psychological questions.

Curious individuals

Anyone with a sincere interest in the inner life, self-understanding, and the exploration of unconscious processes — no formal qualifications required.

Current Status

BSAP is an Affiliated Developing Group of the IAAP. Joining now means being part of the founding community.

Language

Events and communications are primarily in English, with occasional Kannada and Hindi content where appropriate.

Location

Based in Bangalore, Karnataka. Some events are held online and open to participants across India.
